Hi, my name is Elissa, and I am so excited you’re here! I am a student, photographer, traveler, writer, and disciple of Jesus!

Golden Hour Moments has such a special place in my heart. I have always had so many interests and passions, and not long ago I was blessed with the opportunity to study abroad in Sydney, Australia. It was there that I realized my genuine love for photography and storytelling!

During my time abroad, I took my dream course nature photography, social media, and environmental engagement, and the experience genuinely changed my life. I created this blog to share my photos, travel stories, and life advice that I believe will bring light and encouragement to those who read them!

I named this blog Golden Hour Moments because golden hour is one of my favorite times of day, when everything shines with radiant, golden light. It brings warmth, life, beauty, and a sense of peace to those who experience it, and I believe this is how God wants us to feel every day as we live our lives with Him!

I love what I do, and my purpose is to glorify God and use the creativity he has blessed me with to bless others. I hope you all join me as I journey through Circular Quay in Sydney, watching the city lights mirror in the water, ride a camel along the coast of Morocco, and explore the endless breathtaking landscapes and environments that this stunning world has to offer!
